Indian Institute of Film and Animation, Bangalore has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |
|---|---|
| B.A. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 from any recognised board. |
| Certificate | Candidate passed 10+2 or equivalent from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply |
| UG Diploma | Candidate must have passed 10th from any recognised board. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidate must have passed 10th from recognised board. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed 10+2/PUC examination from any government recognised board. |
| M.Sc. | Candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree or must be a graduate from any recognised college/university. |
| PG Diploma | Candidate must have passed Diploma in fashion designing from recognised board/institute. |
