How can I get into Institute of Advanced Research for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Institute of Advanced Research has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.Sc.</td><td>Candidates must have passed 10+2/ Intermediate Science/ Two-year Pre-University Exam/ High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University or equivalent exam in the Science stream with the mentioned marks and with a minimum of any 2 of the following subjects - Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (Mathematics is optional) from a recognised board. Candidate must have passed any of the qualifying examinations with English as one of the subjects. 5% relaxation will be given to Minority students as per the prevailing government norms. Applicants having less percentage than 60% (or as per Gujarat State Government norms), may make contact the concerned department Admission Counsellors for discussion on eligibility for admission. Note: Candidates who have passed Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the National Open School with minimum five subjects can also apply.</td></tr><tr><td>BBA</td><td>Candidates must have passed 10+2/ Intermediate Science/ Two-year Pre-University Exam/ High School Certificate Examination of Cambridge University or equivalent exam in Science or commerce discipline with the mentioned marks from a recognised board. Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as the main subject.</td></tr><tr><td>MBA/PGDM</td><td>Candidate must have completed Bachelor Degree of minimum 3 years duration with mentioned marks from any recognised university/institute.
