How can I get into Institute of Business Management for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Institute of Business Management has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>BBA</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Com</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 or its equivalent examination passed with minimum mentioned marks. Differently abled candidates shall get 5% relaxation ineligibility percentage.</td></tr><tr><td>MBA/PGDM</td><td>Candidate must have completed Graduation with mentioned marks from a recognised University are eligible to apply.</td></tr></tr></table>
