How can I get into Institute of Management Studies, Chiplun for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Institute of Management Studies, Chiplun has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>MMS</td><td>Candidate must have completed minimum three year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline or its equivalent awarded by any of the Universities recognised by UGC or AIU and secure atleast 50% marks in aggregate or equivalent (at least 45% in case of candidates of backward class categories and Persons with Disability belonging to Maharashtra State only). Candidate appeared for the final year examination of Bachelor's degree in any discipline to be awarded by any of the Universities recognised by UGC or AIU are also eligible to apply.</td></tr></tr></table>
