How can I get into ITM Group of Institutions for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

ITM Group of Institutions has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>BBA</td><td>Candidates passed in higher secondary or equivalent examination with commerce as one of the subject or passed with mandatory marks in non-commerce groups are eligible to apply.</td></tr><tr><td>M.Com</td><td>Candidates passed with above mentioned marks in Part III of below mentioned course or BBS or equivalent Examination from recognised university or institution are eligible to apply.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Sc.</td><td>Candidates passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board are eligible to apply.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Com</td><td>Candidate passed in higher secondary or equivalent examination with commerce as one of the subject or passed with 45% marks in non-commerce groups are eligible to apply.</td></tr><tr><td>BCA</td><td>Candidates passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board with one of the below mentioned subjects are eligible to apply.</td></tr><tr><td>B.A.</td><td>Candidates passed 10+2 or equivalent from recognised board are eligible to apply.</td></tr><tr><td>MBA/PGDM</td><td>Students shall acquire at least above mentioned aggregate marks in the degree examination of any stream with 10+2+3 pattern from any university approved by UGC or degree equated by Kannur University. Students who obtained CGPA 2 point or C+ grade in graduation are also eligible to apply. Candidates belonging to the Other Backward Communities (OBC) are eligible for a concession of 5% marks in the qualifying examination. Students belonging to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribes having secured a pass in the degree examination are eligible to apply for admission to the programme.</td></tr></tr></table>
