Jayadeva Institute of Cardiology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| PG Diploma | In order to become eligible for counseling, candidate must have obtained minimum 50 percentile for General category (40 percentile for SC/ST/OBC (including PWD of SC/ST/OBC) and 45 percentile for UR PWD) in NEET PG. |
| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Science stream from a recognised board. |
