How can I get into JNAFAU SPA - School of Planning and Architecture for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

JNAFAU SPA - School of Planning and Architecture has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>PG Diploma</td><td>Anygraduation. (B.Arch, B.Tech, (civil), B.Plan is preferred)</td></tr><tr><td>M.E./M.Tech</td><td>Candidate must have completed B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engineering)/ B.Planning/ B.Tech (Planning)/ B.Arch/AIIA/ M.A. / M.Sc. (Sociology /Economics, / Geography) from any recognised University/Institute.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Arch</td><td>Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Des</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 from recognised board.</td></tr><tr><td>B.E. / B.Tech</td><td>Candidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh. Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission.
