KGEC - Kalyani Government Engineering College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering/Technology or B.Sc. with Maths at 10+2 level from a recognised board.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidates completed M.Sc. in Computer Science/ComputerApplications/Mathematics (with Computer Science Specialisation), MCA (with BCA or B.Sc. with Mathematics compulsory and any of the others from Statistics, Physics, Electronics or Computer Science) from any recognised institute/ university are also eligible to apply.
MCA	Candidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply: Module 4 Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics. They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognised Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level. Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education.
