How can I get into M.M.I.T. Polytechnic College for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

M.M.I.T. Polytechnic College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
Courses Eligibility After 10th Diploma Candidate must have appeared/ passed 10th standard examination with a minimum 35% marks.
There is not any upper age bar but candidate must attain minimum 14 years on 1st July 2020.
