How can I get into Maharaja's College, University of Mysore for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Maharaja's College, University of Mysore has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

B.A.Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board or Students who have passed any job Oriented Course (JOC) 10+2 are also eligible to apply.
B.Com (i) A candidate who has passed 3 years Diploma in Commercial or Secretarial Practice conducted by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka is eligible for admission to Third Semester B.Com/B.B.A. directly. However, such a candidate has to pass the languages and other Compulsory Papers viz., Constitution of India and Environmental Studies of first two semesters. Such candidates will not be subjected to any IA in these papers. However, for eventual calculation of 80 marks is equated to 100 marks. (ii) A candidate who has passed 3 years Diploma in Business Administration conducted by the Department of Technical Education, Government of Karnataka is eligible for admission to Fifth Semester B.B.A./B.Com. Degree Course, subject to the condition that, the candidate has to pass papers in languages as compulsory papers of first Four Semesters B.B.A./B.Com. Such candidates will not be subjected to any IA in these papers. However, for eventual calculation of

M.Sc.Candidate must have passed Degree in Criminology/Criminology & Forensic Science/Forensic Science/L.L.B/Degree in Science in any specialisation from any recognised institute.
M.A.Candidate must have any degree in this University and any other University recognised as equivalent thereto.
