Meghnad Saha Institute of Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
Courses Eligibility MBA/PGDM Candidates completed a bachelor's degree of 3 years from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply. BBA Candidate must have completed 10+2 from any recognised institute/board. BCA Candidate must have completed 10+2 from a recognised baord. B.Sc. Candidate must have compeleted/ appeared 10+2 in the General or Vocational stream from a recognised Board. M.E./M.Tech Candidates completed M.Sc. In Electronics /Physics (with Electronics special) or equivalent to B.E./B.Tech from any recognised institute/university are also eligible to apply. B.E. / B.Tech The lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years as on 31.12.2022. A candidate should have been born on or before 31.12.2005. There is no upper age limit. MCA Candidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply:

Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics.
They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognised Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level.
Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education.
