    Mukul wasnaik Law College has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
    CoursesEligibility
    B.A. LL.B.Candidate must have completed 10+2 or equivalent with above mentioned marks in aggregate from any recognised Board/Council.
    Candidate who have obtained 10+2 Higher Secondary Pass certificate or First Degree Certificate after processing studies in Distance or Correspondence method is eligible.
    Candidate who have obtained 10+2 through Open University system directly without having any Basic Qualification are not eligible.
    Candidates who are appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply for the Entrance Examination. Such candidate will be eligible for admission only if they produce the provisional/Degree/ certificate of the qualifying examination and the mark lists of all parts/attempts the of qualifying examination at the time of admission.
    The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State.
    LL.B.Candidate must have completed graduation from University in Maharashtra or equivalent & secured 45% marks (40% for SC & ST & 42% for VJNT, SBC & OBC category belonging to State of Maharashtra).
    Candidate who has completed the U.G degree of 3 years & 2/3 years PG degree from University with regular studies at secondary and higher secondary schooling with +2 higher Secondary Pass Certificate or First Degree Certificate by distance or correspondence can also apply.
    Post Graduate Diploma will not be considered as Post Graduate Degree.
    Candidate appearing/appeared for the qualifying examination can also apply.
    Candidate with +2 Pass Certi. or First Degree Certi. by distance or correspondence method can also apply.
    Candidate who has passed the qualifying examination in a single sitting examination without having basic qualifications of (10+2+3) is not eligible.
    Candidate from the open University having a degree contrary of the U.G.C. Act and regulations are not eligible for admission.
