How can I get into NCRD's Sterling Institute of Pharmacy for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

NCRD's Sterling Institute of Pharmacy has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
CoursesEligibility
D.PharmaCandidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or Biology subjects.
B.PharmaCandidate must have studied Physics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects along with one of the Mathematics/Biology subjects with above mentioned marks in the above subjects taken together from any recognised Board/Council. The mentioned marks of SC/ST and OBC is for the candidate belonging to maharashtra State. Candidates who are appearing at the qualifying examination are also eligible. Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET. All India Candidates need to appear for MHTCET/NEET. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining non zero positive score in NEET over the candidates who obtained non zero score in MHTCET.

Candidates are selected for DPharma at NCRD's Sterling Institute of Pharmacy based on the merit of Class 12. Eligible candidates are those who have passed Class 12 with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% for reserved category) in PCM or PCB. They must submit the marksheet and certificate for the same.&
