How can I get into P. G. Institute of Medical Sciences for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

P. G. Institute of Medical Sciences has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>D.Pharma</td><td>Candidate must have minimum age limit of 17 years and not more than 30 years as on 1 June 2022.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Pharma</td><td>The lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years as on 31.12.2022. A candidate should have been born on or before 31.12.2005. There is no upper age limit.</td></tr><tr><td>B.H.A.</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.</td></tr><tr><td>B.Sc.</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination with Science stream from a recognised board.</td></tr><tr><td>BMLT</td><td>Candidate must have attained the age of 17 years as on December 31 of the year of admission.</td></tr><tr><td>BPT</td><td>Candidate must have passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology as their main subjects and obtained minimum mentioned marks from a recognised board.</td></tr></tr></table>
