How can I get into Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Pillai HOC College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
Courses Eligibility B.E. / B.Tech Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination with Physics & Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/ Technical Vocational subjects and obtained the above mentioned marks (45% marks for Backward class and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the above subjects taken together.
Maharashtra State candidates must have to appear for MHTCET.
All India candidates need to appear for MHTCET/JEE Mains. However JEE Mains will be preferred over MHTCET.
Or
Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward class and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only).
Or
Candidate must have completed B.Sc. from a recognised university as defined by UGC and obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks for Backward class and PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) and passed 10+2 with Mathematics as a subject.B.Arch Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply.
Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.M.E./M.Tech Sponsored candidate must have minimum of two years of full time work experience in a registered firm/ company/ industry/ educational and/ or research institute/ any Government Department or Government Autonomous Organization in the relevant field in which admission is being sought. After 10th Diploma Candidate passed 10th class/SSC examination or its equivalent, with at least 35% aggregate marks from any recognised institute/board are eligible to apply.
