Regency Institute of Nursing has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

| B.Sc. | Candidate must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised school/board. |
| ANM | Candidate must be 17 years of age or before 31st December of the year in which admission is sought. |
| GNM | Registered ANM with pass mark. |
