How can I get into Sigma College of Architecture for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Sigma College of Architecture has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.Arch</td><td>Candidate who have passed 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as compulsory subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate from a recognised Institute/ University can also apply. Candidates appearing for 10+3 Diploma with Mathematics in the current year may also provisionally appear for NATA-2023.</td></tr><tr><td>M.Arch</td><td>Candidate must have completed B.Arch. or equivalent in relevant stream with above mentioned percentage. Candidate belonging to reserved category must have 45% in qualifying examination. Candidates with degree obtained without studying 10th, 12th Std. or 3 years degree programme are not eligible. Candidates appearing for the final semester/year are also eligible. Candidates who have qualified as AIIA (Associateship Examination of the Indian Institute of Architects) with a valid registration with the Council of Architecture are eligible.</td></tr></tr></table>
