    Siliguri Institute of Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
    CoursesEligibility
    B.Sc.Candidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board/ institute.
    After 10th DiplomaCandidates must have passed 10th from recognised board are eligible to apply.
    MBA/PGDMCandidate must have passed graduation in any stream from a recognised board.
    BHMCTCandidates must have passed 10+2 from any stream under a recognised board with mentioned marks.
    BBACandidates must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board/ institute.
    BCACandidate must have passed 10+2 (Science/ Commerce/ Arts) from a recognised board with Mathematics/ Business Mathematics/ Statistics/ Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Practices/ Statistics as one of the subjects.
    BHMCandidate must have passed 10+2 from a recognised board.
    UG DiplomaCandidate must have passed the 10th standard (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination from any
    recognized Board/ Council/ Institute.
    Candidate appearing in the Secondary (Madhyamik) Examination of the West Bengal Board of Secondary Education or its equivalent examination are also eligible to apply.
    Candidate should not be born after 01.07.2008 and there is no upper age limit.
    B.E. / B.TechThe lower age limit is 17 (seventeen) years as on 31.12.2022. A candidate should have been born on or before 31.12.2005. There is no upper age limit.
    MCACandidate who qualify eligibility as given below can also apply:
    Module 4
    Candidate must have obtained a BSc Honours degree under (10+2+3) pattern in any discipline from a UGC recognised University/Institute with a minimum of 60% marks in Aggregate (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) along with at least 55% marks in Mathematics.
    They must secure at least 60% marks in Secondary and Higher Secondary or equivalent level from recognised Boards with at least 60% marks in Mathematics at each level.
    Candidate have to secure 60% marks (45% marks for SC/ST/OBC-A/OBC-B candidates) at each level of education.
