How can I get into the mining field after completing civil engineering? Is it necessary to do any course for that?

Hello Yogesh, Indian School Mines at Dhanbad, now converted to IIT is an example where one can do graduation in engineering in mining. But then next best is civil engineering. I feel if you make enough efforts you may land up a job in a mining company. Best wishes.
