Firstly you need to clear your graduation with minimum 50%, than you need to appear for CAT entrance exam and clear it with good score (>99%ile) to get into this institute.

CAT is the exam that you need to crack for getting admission in IIM's.
It is highly competitive. But, a year of hard work is enough for you to score well.
Please look up the syllabus for CAT or you can also join a coaching institute. You can also take guidance from any CAT aspirant.
