University Institute of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:
| Courses | Eligibility |

| PG Diploma | Candidate must have completed Post graduate degree with minimum 50% marks in Life sciences/ Physics/ Mathematics/ Chemistry/ Computer Science/Agriculture/Biotechnology subjects or having B.Pharm./M.B.B.S./B.D.S./B.Tech./B.E./ B.A.M.S. degree, from a university established by law. |
| After 10th Diploma | Candidate must have passed class 10th examination with a minimum of 35% marks from a recognised board/Institute. The minimum age is 14 years as on 1st July 2022, i.e. born on or before 01-07-2009. |
| MCA | Candidate must have passed Bachelor's degree course of 03 years minimum duration from any recognised University. Candidate must have passed Mathematics at 10+2 level or Graduation level. |
| B.E. / B.Tech | Candidate must be Pass in the final examination of 10+2 system or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and Maths from a recognised board. |
| Certificate | Candidates must have passed 10th or equivalent from a recognised board with Science and Maths as compulsory subjects. |
| M.Sc. | Candidate must have completed Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./ B.Tech./ B.Pharma/ B.V.Sc./M.B.B.S.) with any of the subjects amongst Zoology, Botany, Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Environmental Science, Biotechnology, Mathematics, Physics, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Microbiology, Bioinformatics, Food Technology, Nutrition Science, Computer Science, Hospital Administration and allied subjects at Bachelor level with mentioned marks in aggregate |
| B.Sc. | Candidate must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English from any recognised Board/Council. |
