Vivekanand Education Society's Institute of Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses:

Courses	Eligibility
B.E. / B.Tech	Candidate who have passed Diploma in Engineering & Technology & obtained at least 45% marks (40% marks for Backward class, EWS & PWD candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) can also apply.
M.E./M.Tech	Candidates completed Bachelor of Engineering degree with Electrical Engineering/Electronics and TeleCommunication Engineering/Instrumentation Engineering/Computer Engineering/Power Engineering/Biomedical Engineering/Information Technology from Mumbai University or any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply.
MCA	Candidates completed graduation/bachelor's degree in any discipline recognised by the Association of Indian Universities and having studied Mathematics or Statistics as one of the subjects at 10+2 level or higher level examination are eligible to apply. Candidates from reserved category completed graduation/bachelor's degree with 40% marks from any recognised institute/university are eligible to apply.
