How can I get into Vivekananda Institute of Technology and Science for UG/PG courses? Am I eligible for admission?

Vivekananda Institute of Technology and Science has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: <table><tr><th>Courses</th><th>Eligibility</th><tr><td>B.E. / B.Tech</td><td>Candidate must have completed Diploma in Engineering with at least 50% marks recognised University.</td></tr><tr><td>MBA/PGDM</td><td>Candidate must be a graduate from a recognised college /university.</td></tr><tr><td>UG Diploma</td><td>Candidates must have passed 10th examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or from any other recognised board in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination. Candidate must have passed all the subjects including Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, with minimum of 35% Marks in each subject. Candidates who appeared or are appearing for SSC or equivalent examination being held in March/April-2023, and whose results are yet to be declared are also eligible.</td></tr><tr><td>After 10th Diploma</td><td>Candidates must have passed 10th examination conducted by State Board of Secondary Education, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana or from any other recognised board in India with Mathematics as one of the subjects, and obtained at least 35% marks in the qualifying examination.
