How can I get job in Indian Railways?

<p>There exists a vast expanse of employment opportunities within the Indian Railways, both technical and non-technical divisions, further classified into Group-A, B, C, and D.</p><p>Group D - the minimum requirement is a 12th-grade education, and the examination is held by the Railway Recruitment Cell (RRC). Those selected for this group will be responsible for basic tasks, in addition to some technical duties.</p><p>Group C -&nbsp; typically requires candidates to hold a graduate degree, although certain technical positions may require a Diploma or degree in order to qualify for roles such as Junior Engineer (JE) or Senior Section Engineer (SSE). The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) conduct the yearly examination.</p><p>Group B - Does not have a direct recruitment process. Rather, employees from Group C often have opportunities for internal promotion into Group B through the Limited Departmental Competitive Exam (LDCE).</p><p>Group A - It's a highly coveted and arduous category to enter, with recruitment conducted every year by the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) for degree holders in the fields of civil, mechanical, electrical, and electronics &amp; telecommunication.</p>

It will be the lowest in the hierarchy and the person selected will be given basic work including some technical work.</p><p>Group C : Usually, the minimum qualification is graduation. For some technical posts, you need a Diploma or degree for Junior Engineer (JE) and Senior Section Engineer (SSE) posts respectively. For recruitment, the annual examination is conducted by RRB (railway recruitment board).</p><p>Group B : There is no direct recruitment take place for this group. The hiring is usually done internally, especially from employees of group C are promoted to group B by conducting Limited Departmental Competitive Exam (LDCE) Exam.</p><p>Group A: This is one of the rarest and the toughest category to get in. The exam is conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) every year for degree holders in civil, mechanical, electrical and electronics &amp; telecommunication branch.</p>
