how can i get jobs in vlsi field.i am studying b.tech(ECE)final year.is there any need for additinal courses.

Bharath, you can go to CDAC etc for short term courses in VLSI. If you wish for a degree like M.Tech or M.S., IIT Madras is known for VLSI in electrical engg field.
