    Eligibility for GNLU Silvassa requires that the candidates must have an LL.B. or equivalent with at least 50 percent marks, 45% in case of candidates of backward class/ Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe. Primary and mainly the good score acquired by a candidate in the PG CLAT (Common Law Admission Test) will also determine admission since GNLU chooses students according to ranking made by CLAT PG. Candidates who qualify for the exam are eligible and have to undergo the CLAT counseling process. There, they select GNLU Silvassa as their first preference.
