To get admission at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) for pursuing MBBS,   candidates must appear in the NEET UG examination. The Candidates must clear the cut off score in their respective category. After the examination, the counselling process will decide that whether one will get admission in AMU or not.

Those who want to enroll in Aligarh Muslim University's MBBS programme must take the national entrance exam, NEET UG. The candidate's performance during the counseling process determines the final choice. In addition to counseling and the results of the entrance exam, candidates must meet the minimal qualifying standards. To be eligible for an MBBS seat at AMU, candidates must have passed Class 12 at AMU or an exam recognised by the university as its equivalent, with a minimum of 50% of the possible marks in Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and English.
