To apply for an MBBS program at Sri Lakshmi Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, candidates need to obtain 10+2 with an aggregate minimum of 50% with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. They should pass the NEET-UG exam because it is the qualifying test for entering into the program through a seat it grants.
