How can i get migration certificate from CBSE, Delhi please provide relevant details. Should i go to Preet Vihar or Patparganj ofice.

I have passed 12th class from CBSE Delhi in 1997-98 .I live in Hisar. Now I have an urgent need of Migration Certificate .Plz tell me how can i get my migration certificate.
