How can I get my certificates returned as per the rules of AICTE without paying any fees? I was dropped out of my 1st semester, B.Tech.

If you hails from cbse board, then don't do to your college to get your cert back. They won't ever. Have a FIR filed against your misplace of Migration and Tc certificate or an article of this misplace in an English newspaper. Fill the form for the duplicate Migration cert. You can get your TC from
