How can I get my degree certificate after 5 years? I only have my provisional certificate.

I am not sure which university you were part of, but 5 years to get an original certificate is too much. If the university is not providing you after multiple requests, you can initiate legal action against them. If you have lost the certificate, you might have to register an FIR, and also put an ad
