Documents Required for Verification:
The following documents will be needed at the time of reporting at the allotted college/institution:
High School Marksheets & Passing Certificate
Intermediate Marksheets & Passing Certificate
Birth Certificate
NEET Admit Card 2017
NEET Rank Card 2017
Provisional Allotment Letter
ID Proof
Caste Certificate (If applicable)
PWD Certificate (If applicable)
Eight (8) Passport Sizes photograph same as pasted on the application form
