How can I get my JEE Mains admit card?

I forgot the JEE Mains application form number.

Log-in on the JEE Mains exam website with your application number and password. There you will get the option to download your admit card.

Please refer to your acknowledgement receipt which is a printout of your JEE Mains exam filling details. Like your name, address, application number, etc. In that receipt, you can get your application number and you have to remember your password. Then log-in on the JEE Mains exam website with your
