I forgot the JEE Mains application form number.

Log-in on the JEE Mains exam website with your application number and password. There you will get the option to download your admit card.

Hello Vinodpuri,
National Testing Agency has released the admit card for the JEE Main 2019 exam which will be conducted from 8th Jan to 12th Jan 2019.
JEE Mains 2019 Admit Card is a mandatory document which is used to take entry in the examination centre at the time exam.
Candidates can download the hall ticket from the official website till the exam dates.
Applicants have to download the admit card by entering their application number and password.
Must check the details having the JEE Main Admit Card.

Please refer to your acknowledgement receipt which is a printout of your JEE Mains exam filling details. Like your name, address, application number, etc. In that receipt, you can get your application number and you have to remember your password.
Then log-in on the JEE Mains exam website with your application number and password. Finally, you will get the admit card.
