How can I get my OMR or get it rechecked for HP-NLET exam?

I have scored 20.5 and attempted 105 questions with 63 sure shot correct. I can not understand how is this possible. I need to know if there is a committee I can talk to about this because it's very frustrating for me to put a year of hard work and then receive this.
