If you have forgotten your My PTE account's password and username then, you can retrieve the same using the online platform.
To retrieve your username, you need to connect with the PTE Customer Support Team through the online platform. The support team may ask you a set of few security questions, make sure you answer them correctly.
Once you get your username, you can go to the My PTE login dashboard, enter your username and then click on "forgot password". From there on, you will get complete guidance on how you can get a new password.
