How can I get regular MBA degree if pursue it through distance mode?
I have done both BBA and B.Com. Currently, I am preparing civil services.

You can not get regular MBA degree if you do not enroll in full-time course in university or B-School. By the way majority of degrees awarded by university even if its done by distance learning does not mention that degree is by distance learning.

MBA by distance education is not accepted and valued same as regular degree in private sector. You can take your call. MBA by distance learning is a diluted course suitable for experienced professionals who want to gain degrees while working.
