Nitin, you have to first identify a UG or PG programme where you would like to pursue civil engineering, pursue the colleges that are rated topmost for these programmes, approach them for their admission criteria and the admission formalities. Once you secure admission to this college and course, y

i had passed my diploma in civil 'n now i wanna join b.tech degree.. so, please give a guide line that what should i can do.. i want to study in America' in under budget University and if it is not possible than what kind of form to fill up or test i have to qualify for the govt./ private colleges
