To be a new reader u will need a mass comm degree or diploma.

Hi anushka as my friend archna mentioned that you need a diploma in mass communication yeah its the most important but there is one more important part in these type of jobs you have to be very good speaker and you have a very good comunication power to explain your ideas so join a good group discus
