Its a lengthy procedure. You need to contact admin for that. You will get mail regarding it and refund at the end of june. -

According to the institute's fee refund policy:
If student of first year cancels the admissions within one month and waiting list exist on the date of cancellation then fees will be refunded after deducting Rs. 1000/-.• Fees paid for first semester or first year including in the case of NRI or PIO should not be refunded if the seat cannot be filled in the absence of any waiting list or the admission cannot be given because of the statutory provision.• From second year onwards also the same policy can be adopted, that fee cannot be refunded.•The cases for claiming the amount of fees for remaining duration of the cours...more -

If you are asking refund fee, at the time of admission. Then yes you will get it. but after all the admission process is done and it is depend on student that in how much time he/she is not taking this course.If student take this decision early, then some amount will deducted and rest will be given.
