How can I get Training in 3G & LTE in Noida along with fees & duration

Pls let me know training programs in telecom in delhi/ncr.Is CETPA best to provide trng in Telecom?Also let me know abt Protocol testing.I m a BE & MBA in (E & TC) having 6 yrs exp in telecom.So I need training in 3G & LTE programs.
