hi!
post graduate course in M.TECH is offered by a number of universities colleges in India.the advantage of distance learning is that the working persons can do these courses along with their jobs.

I agree with Aru Chopra ji, you also can try for Singhania university in jaipur, some of mine friends have got m.tech from there. it also may be good choice.
