How can i go for training in management to get the job profile of MR ?
I am pursuing b.pharmacy 3rd year and want to do MBA but after some experience of working as an MR.

Go on this and get your masters programme. I will suggest you to not to focus only on personality and communication. This is the matter of development who can do anytime while getting good teaching. It doesnt matter what institute you choose. dont forget even after studying from IIM many students ca

For working as an MR (Medical Representative) you really need not to do an MBA, your focus should be on:
Your personality
Your communication
Your negotiation skills
Your selling ability
Even if you want to pursue MBA, you may opt MBA in marketing (which may help to make career in product management
