Practice spoken English by reading newspapers or any text a bit loudly and if possible record the same and listen to it again & again. Find out which pronounciation is difficult for you. Learn english grammar, many of us do not focus on grammar and blindly go about mastering verbal english. One has to know when to use what and thats when, you would be able to speak good english.

Read english dailies, magazines. get with frnds who are fluent in english and converse in english. make sure they are good frnds who will not embarass u for something u lack. to be good at english simply reading is not enough but also conversing is equally important. dont go after telebrands stuff t
