How can I grow in my present job?

I am presently working with Taj Group of Hotels as an Executive chef and have done my B.Sc with Zoology, Botany & Chemistry. Apart from my hotel Management from IHM Lucknow (Passed out in 1993), I am quite keen to develop myself and want to grow.
