There are very wide range of scholarship programs are provided to students who wants to study in their country. These scholarship are provided by Koreans universities and government of Korea. It requires some eligibility of candidates and their merits and all. After that you have to provide some required documents as follow:
Letter of Intent
A study plan along with a personal statement
2 letters of recommendation from different approvers
Duly signed scholarship agreement
Transcript and Certificate of Bachelors degree
Certificate and transcript of Masters degree for applicants enrolling on doctoral programs
