By your query your English doesn't seem poor if you are asking regarding vocal English then join PDP (personality development programme) cause they help in overcoming your fear of introvertness and speak in front of mirror take any article of English newspaper and read it loud and clear and discuss it with your friends who have good command over it.Good luck -
