There are 2 easy steps you can go for. First is reading slowly but a bit loud, reading atleast one chapter of a novel or a page of newspaper everyday. Second is everyday learn a word of the day and write down it on a piece of paper. Use that atleast 3 times in a day in a form of sentences while talk

Talk to your friends in English because Speaking and making a mistake is better than not speaking. Don't be scared about making a mistake if you are scared, u will never speak fluently it's the only way you can improve your English skills and ya remember one thing keep trying best of luck.

My suggestion would be to read as much as you can, be it books, novels, articles, anything. Watch movies, news.
Try to converse in English as much as you can.
