you can attain personal interview test more & more
that will increase your confidence
you can read books related to personality improvements
like i.e. you can win & videos i.e. The Secret...
& interact more n more with people...

hesitation comes only when you are not able to comply with the situation
during interview u need to be confident about your subject , ur interest ,don't take interview as a challenge take as regular activity , don't get nevrous , be what ur don't try to over show urself and more over take a glass
