7 years agoFor SSC exams the proficiency in English has to be quite objective. I mean to say that one has to have the following:
1. Vocabulary
2. Good skills in grammar usage
3. Understanding of proverbs/phrases/idioms usage
4. Writing skills for paragraphs and essays
5. Pronunciation - correct
6. Fluency in English without Regional Pulls (regional dialect based styles)
You can do better by reading and doing practice. Remedial grammar learning should never end. -
At first, learn basic grammar and then start for phonetics.
