as u have done m pill in English literature u should have good hold on vocab now u can listen English news and and read loudly as these are general tips!!!! but for better results u must join some speaking course from good place

personally having faced this problem i would advice you to hear BBC news, Watch a lot of english movies.If possible get yourself a Barrons TOEFL ibt preparation material(Available online to download).Hear to lectures in it,try repeating the same.Record, hear and compare.As you have a strong hold on
